Client Loyalty and Referral Policy | Kleevix
This policy outlines the specific programs and incentives offered by Kleevix (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) to reward client loyalty, encourage new client referrals, and acknowledge contributions from our founding members and employees. These provisions are designed to foster strong relationships and expand our client base through mutual benefit.
1. Client Loyalty Program: Subsequent Service Discount
Kleevix values its returning clientele. To acknowledge and reward continued partnership, the following discount structure is applicable:
- Eligibility: Clients who engage Kleevix for a second, third, or any subsequent new service project (excluding minor updates, maintenance renewals, or small-scale hourly tasks) are eligible.
- Discount Applied: A thirty percent (30%) discount shall be applied to the net value of the subsequent qualifying service project.
- Conditions:
- This discount is applicable only to the base service fees and does not extend to third-party costs, software licenses, or external subscriptions.
- The previous service project must have been fully completed and all associated invoices settled.
- This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
2. Client Referral Program: Incentive for New Business
Kleevix appreciates clients who advocate for our services. Our referral program is designed to reward clients who successfully introduce new business to our agency:
- Eligibility: An existing Client who refers a new, distinct entity or individual (“Referred Client”) to Kleevix.
- Referral Benefit: Upon the Referred Client’s successful engagement with Kleevix for a new service project and the full settlement of their initial invoice, the referring Client shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount on their immediate next qualifying service project with Kleevix.
- Conditions:
- The Referred Client must be genuinely new to Kleevix and not have had prior contact or engagement with our agency.
- The Referred Client must explicitly mention the referring Client’s name at the initial point of contact or during the proposal phase.
- The Referred Client’s initial project must meet a minimum value threshold, to be determined by Kleevix.
- The referral discount is applicable to the net value of the referring Client’s next qualifying service project.
- This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
3. Founding Member Client Acquisition Incentive
Kleevix recognizes the pivotal role of its founding members in business development:
- Eligibility: A founding member of Kleevix who directly introduces and secures a new client for a service project.
- Incentive Structure: The founding member shall receive thirty percent (30%) of the net payment received by Kleevix for the initial service project undertaken with the client they introduced.
- Conditions:
- This incentive applies only to the net payment received by Kleevix after the deduction of any applicable taxes, payment processing fees, and direct project-related expenses.
- The payment to the founding member will be disbursed after the Referred Client’s initial project has been completed and the full payment has been received and cleared by Kleevix.
- The client introduced must be genuinely new to Kleevix and not have had prior contact or engagement with our agency.
- This incentive is subject to internal verification and approval processes.
4. Employee-Known Client Discount
Kleevix values its employees and the connections they foster. A discount is offered to clients who have a direct professional or personal connection with a Kleevix employee:
- Eligibility: A new client who, at the initial point of contact, identifies themselves as being personally known to an active Kleevix employee.
- Discount Applied: A ten percent (10%) discount shall be applied to the net value of the new client’s initial service project.
- Conditions:
- The employee’s association with the client must be verifiable by Kleevix’s management.
- This discount is applicable only to the first service project undertaken by the client with Kleevix.
- This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, referral benefits, or loyalty discounts.
5. General Provisions
- Non-Stackable Discounts: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no two discounts or promotional offers can be combined or stacked on a single service project. The Client will always receive the highest applicable single discount.
- Kleevix Discretion: Kleevix reserves the sole right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of these loyalty and referral programs at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the revised policy.
- Verification: All claims for discounts or incentives are subject to verification by Kleevix management. Any fraudulent claims will result in the forfeiture of benefits and potential termination of services.
- Applicability: These policies apply to new service projects initiated after the Effective Date. They do not apply retroactively to previously commenced or completed projects.
